The Covid-19 pandemic has created the opportunity for corruption to flourish in healthcare sectors around the world. Belarus is familiar with the challenges of healthcare corruption and the misuse and mismanagement of resources which it gives rise to. This research examines corruption and health service performance through the lens of COVID-19.
